Hello, tankers!

After the implementation of the new upgrade system, players have complained that the conversion of mastery levels and upgrades was faulty, given the information we’ve provided. We’ve checked the algorithm one more time and found out that it had a few mistakes, which were fixed today. As a result, the players who had upgrades and mastery levels missing after the conversion, got them back.
